Part Time Member Services Representative

We are hiring a part-time MSR available to work evenings and weekends. Role Summary

The Team Member will create a positive member experience by delivering exceptional customer service to members, prospective members, and guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Greet members, prospective members, and guests with exceptional service.
  • Handle front desk activities including answering phones, member check-in, new member sign-up, and tours for prospective members.
  • Update members’ accounts as needed.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to member questions and concerns, escalating to management when necessary.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the club.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Passion for fitness and health.
  • Positive, upbeat attitude.
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally and exceed expectations.
  • Strong listening, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
  • Diplomacy and appropriate behavior in all interactions.
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
