Part Time Member Services Representative

Overview

We are seeking a Member Services Representative to join our team! As part of our staff, you will provide exceptional customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring an outstanding "Judgement Free" experience. Your role involves creating a positive environment through excellent service.

Responsibilities
  1. Customer Service/Front Desk Activities: Greet members and guests, answer phones, check members in, tour and sign up new members, log amenities, and communicate updates and events.
  2. Member Accounts: Assist with new membership cards, address changes, and billing questions using the POS system.
  3. Club Cleanliness and Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness of the front desk, lobby, exercise equipment, tanning beds, restrooms, and wet areas. Regularly clean and organize the facility.
Qualifications
  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Passion for fitness and health.
  • Positive attitude, punctuality, and reliability.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • High School diploma or GED.
Physical Requirements
  • Stand and walk continually during shifts.
  • Talk in person or on the phone frequently.
  • Occasionally lift up to 75 lbs.
  • Handle exposure to chemicals occasionally.
