Join Our Team as a Part-Time Member Service Representative at Excel Fitness

We are seeking a dedicated Part Time Member Service Representative to join our team at Excel Fitness. This role involves representing our core values, promoting a judgment-free zone, and ensuring excellent customer service during each shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform your duties to the best of your abilities during your scheduled shift.
• Maintain club cleanliness and a welcoming atmosphere.
• Complete all required training for safe and efficient operation.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure standards are met.
• Process paperwork, balance cash drawers, and manage reports accurately.
• Provide a safe environment for members and communicate effectively to enhance customer experience.
• Stock retail and promotional items, and assist with club promotions and operational strategies.
• Operate and assist with use of fitness equipment, ensuring all procedures are followed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Familiarity with Excel’s mission, values, and the Planet Fitness brand is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
