The role requires a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology or MLS, MT certification, and BLS for Healthcare Providers, plus strong communication and critical thinking skills. You will monitor quality control programs and promote cost-effective testing while collaborating with medical staff to ensure safe, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology (MT) or MLS or Life Sciences.
• General lab experience.
• MT certification; ASCP certification preferred.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong critical thinking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
