PACS is seeking a Part-Time Medical Records Clerk for a nursing home/long-term care setting. This role focuses on organizing and maintaining resident records, ensuring accuracy, and supporting both clinical and administrative staff.

You will handle record requests, maintain confidentiality, and assist with audits, surveys, and ongoing documentation flow. A strong eye for detail and teamwork are essential to thrive in this environment.

  • Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare documentation.
  • Understanding of HIPAA and resident confidentiality.

  • Dependable, professional, and comfortable communicating with staff and providers.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to jump in and help the team.

Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For
