Qualifications

• Able to pass a background check.

• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Experience with EMR systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in a professional manner and answer inquiries.
• Schedule, register, and confirm patient appointments and referrals.
• Verify insurance eligibility and collect copays/deductibles.
• Maintain accurate EMR records and assist clinical staff with admin tasks.
• Ensure patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA.
