Job summary

Portland Community College is seeking in-person part-time instructors for the Medical Professions (MP) program across multiple campuses. The position may involve travel between sites to serve a diverse student body.

We require a healthcare background with a minimum of three years of experience, plus relevant degrees and certifications. Compensation follows PCC’s part-time faculty schedule, with campus-based teaching duties and benefits per policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a medical, allied health, or applied behavioral science.
• Three (3) years experience in a healthcare facility or organization.
• MS/DO or related credential may be required for specific MP courses.

Responsibilities

• In-person instruction across PCC MP courses at Cascade, Sylvania, Willow Creek, Hillsboro Center, and Southeast Campuses.
• Deliver engaging lectures and supervise hands-on labs.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation and safety standards.
