Qualifications

• Associate degree in medical laboratory technology and at least 3 years' experience in the laboratory setting as a certified MLT; ASCPcm MLT certification required.
• A bachelor's degree in medical laboratory science and at least 3 years' experience in the laboratory setting as a certified MLS; ASCPcm MLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers assigned classes in accordance with College policy and course objectives.
• Develops/maintains course outlines, syllabi, lesson plans, assignments, tests, and materials.
• Maintains accurate student records, grades, and other requirements.
• Engages with students to promote active learning and positive student experiences.
• Adheres to FERPA, campus policies, and professional standards.
