Job summary

Grand Canyon University seeks an adjunct faculty member to teach Foundations of Medical Laboratory Practice at the Phoenix campus. This part-time, face-to-face position offers smaller class sizes and an opportunity to engage students in hands-on learning.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree with MLS certification (ASCP or AMT); a Master's degree with MLS credentials is preferred. Employment is contingent upon pre-employment screening and alignment with GCU's mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and MLS certification from ASCP or AMT.
• Master's degree and MLS certifications from ASCP or AMT.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate classroom lecture and discussions
• Engage students in learning course objectives and topics
• Assess student performance and mentor success in the classroom
• Provide a positive example to students by supporting the University's Doctrinal Statement, Ethical Position Statement, and Mission of Grand Canyon University
