Job summary

Clear Choice Global Support Solutions seeks licensed clinicians to perform consultative examinations at our Fitzgerald, Georgia clinic. This is a 1099 independent contractor role, part-time and per diem, with flexible scheduling as examinations become available.

Physicians (MD/DO), including psychiatrists, NPs, PAs, and psychologists (PhD/PsyD) are welcome to apply. Examinations are in-person; mental assessments may be telehealth. There is no treatment, prescribing, or follow-up care involved.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Georgia license required.
• Consultative examinations must be performed by an acceptable medical source.
• No treatment, prescribing, billing, or follow-up care involved.

Responsibilities

• Examine claimants and document findings on our forms.
• Coordinating with internal staff who prepare charts before examinations.
• Examinations may be conducted in person at the clinic or via telehealth for mental assessments.
