Job summary

Clear Choice Global Support Solutions is seeking licensed clinicians to perform consultative examinations at our Warner Robins, GA clinic. This is a 1099 independent contractor role, part-time and per diem; you maintain your own practice and choose exam days as they arise.

Exams are conducted in person for physicals, with mental health exams possible via telehealth. You will document findings on our forms; our staff schedules and preps charts.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinician (MD/DO, NP, PA, or PhD/PsyD) with an active Georgia license.
• Ability to perform consultative examinations in person; mental exams may be conducted via telehealth.
• Independent contractor status; part-time and per diem; no treatment or prescribing.

Responsibilities

• Examine claimants and document findings on our forms.
• Schedule claimants for examinations; our staff prepares the chart before you see it.
• Conduct physical examinations in clinic; mental examinations via telehealth as needed.
