Clear Choice Global Support Solutions is seeking licensed clinicians to conduct consultative examinations at our Hamilton, Alabama clinic. This is an independent contractor, part-time and per diem role. You keep your practice and choose exam days as they become available.

Clinicians perform in-person physical exams and Telehealth-based mental evaluations as needed. No treatment, no prescribing, no billing, and no follow-up care are required.

Qualifications

• Active West Virginia license is required.

Responsibilities

• Examine a claimant and document findings on our forms.
• Schedule claimants for you; internal staff prepare the chart.
• Conduct physical examinations in person at the clinic; mental examinations via telehealth.
