Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prescribe medications and treatments as indicated by patient assessment.
• Complete medical documentation per Crossroads standards.
• Collaborate with clinic staff to provide holistic care and referrals.
• Provide injections if needed; collaborate with APPs as necessary.
