Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a Medical Director in LaGrange, GA to lead outpatient MAT services and oversee clinical care for opioid use disorder. The role requires MD/DO licensure, DEA, and board certification in Family Medicine/IM/GP/ Psychiatry, with state-specific narcotic treatment training.

You will supervise clinical staff, ensure high-quality documentation, and coordinate referrals to holistic care within a multi-site outpatient network.

Qualifications

• MD/DO license required and DEA in the practicing state.
• Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, General Practice, or Psychiatry.
• State-specific requirements for narcotic-addiction treatment.
• Additional certifications may be required depending on state.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in outpatient clinic settings.
• Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments as indicated by patient assessment.
• Complete medical documentation per Crossroads standards.
• Collaborate with clinic staff to provide holistic care and referrals to other providers.
• Provide injections as needed.
• Collaborate with APPs in patient care.
