Qualifications

• CMD certification preferred and applicable licensure.
• Extensive experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings.
• Strong leadership and regulatory knowledge in LTC.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing oversight and clinical guidance to medical staff.
• Lead credentialing interviews and participate in QAPI activities.
• Assist DOH survey readiness and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Direct patient care and help advance geriatric clinical programs.
