Theoria Medical seeks a part-time Medical Director and Attending Physician to provide care at local skilled nursing facilities. You will serve as the attending physician, supervise clinical staff, and deliver high-quality primary care while balancing a flexible schedule.

Qualifikationen

• MD/DO with active US medical license and board certification in an appropriate specialty.
• New graduates who are board-eligible and actively pursuing licensing encouraged to apply.
• Specialties include Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, General Practice, or Geriatric Medicine.

Aufgaben

• Serve as attending physician for patients in assigned SNFs.
• Collaborate with NPs/PAs to manage daily patient care and provide supervision.
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered primary care, diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions.
• Participate in Chronic Care Management, Transitional Care, remote monitoring, and quality initiatives.
