Qualifications

• Medical Degree required; board certified or board eligible preferred.
• Current West Virginia Medical license; WV Controlled Substance license; DEA registration.
• CPR certification required; CCHP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participates in Clinical Case/ Disease Management initiatives.
• Provides clinical supervision to staff physicians and mid-level providers.
• Communicates with the Regional Medical Director and Site Manager to ensure quality patient care.
• Reviews and signs-off on labs daily; participates in audits and performance improvements.
• Maintains utilization management and clinical practice standards at the site.
