Responsibilities

• Complete billing uploads in EHR systems based on exported reporting.
• Cross-reference member lists through EHR systems and payor portals to complete eligibility assessments.
• Maintain data integrity through meticulous notetaking and error-free data entry across multiple systems and platforms.
• Differentiate value-based vs. fee-for-service claims based on payor agreements.
• Prepare reporting for billing and operations teams as needed.
• Review provider documentation to ensure coding accuracy.
