FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers – MetroWest in Orlando is seeking a Part-Time Revenue Cycle / Office Operations Coordinator to support daily administrative and financial operations of our outpatient physical therapy clinic.

The role focuses on medical billing, insurance verification, authorizations, and collections, with growth into an Office Manager position as the clinic expands. 15–20 hours per week with potential full-time opportunity in the future.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in medical billing or revenue-cycle roles.
• Experience in outpatient healthcare settings preferred.
• Familiarity with Medicare/insurance billing and denials.
• Strong organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front-office workflow and patient administrative processes.
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits.
• Monitor authorizations and visit utilization.
• Coordinate with our third-party billing company.
• Review A/R aging and assist with follow-up on unpaid claims.
• Track denials and underpayments; manage balances.
• Assist with patient collections and payment arrangements.
• Prepare weekly revenue-cycle reports for clinic leadership.
• Ensure documentation for claim submission.
