Job summary

Village of Healing is seeking a part-time Revenue Cycle Billing & Coding Specialist to support accurate billing and timely reimbursement. The role focuses on review of patient encounters, correct coding, and ensuring claims are submitted on time.

The position requires experience in medical billing, strong knowledge of CPT/HCPCS/ICD-10-CM, and effective communication with payers and clinicians. In-person work is expected in Cleveland, OH with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on medical billing or revenue-cycle experience.
• Strong knowledge of CPT/HCPCS/ICD-10-CM coding.
• Experience resolving denied or unpaid claims.
• Familiarity with payer rejections and appeals.

Responsibilities

• Review patient encounters and provider documentation for billing accuracy.
• Assign or validate CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10-CM codes.
• Submit clean claims within established timelines.
