Lincoln Tech in Paramus, NJ is seeking experienced Medical Assistants to become Instructors and help train the next generation of healthcare professionals. No teaching experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training and support to ensure a smooth transition into the educator role.

As a Medical Assisting Instructor, you’ll teach our ACCSC-accredited curricula, work in a brand-new medical lab, and prepare students for the RMA exam while promoting safety, professionalism, and student

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in Medical Assisting.
• RMA or CMA (AAMA) preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Word, and Excel.
• Teaching experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Teach Medical Assisting classes using Lincoln Tech's curricula.
• Provide hands-on Medical Assisting skills training in the medical lab.
• Prepare students to take the RMA exam offered by AMT.
• Instruct students about safety and compliance.
• Encourage student growth, professionalism, and accountability.
• Support and communicate progress with students.
• Lead motivating and engaging classes in a positive setting.
• Prepare students for a successful career in their chosen field.
