Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant required with clinical exposure.
• Minimum 2 years in social service/behavioral health preferred.
• Phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and MS Office expected.

Responsibilities

• Formulation of ISP and Pharmacological Management Plan within medication contexts.
• Medication administration and accurate documentation.
• Coordinate with care team and provide client education on medications.
• Maintain health assessments and ensure timely billing and records.
