Qualifications

• Prior Medical Assistant or CNA experience.
• Proficient with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Valid PA driver's license and insurance for agency vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide health education in home-based or office settings to families with young children.
• Work with Home Visitor staff on case management and training as needed.
• Review child health assessments and make health/welfare referrals.
• Conduct prenatal and post-natal wellness checks and ensure compliance with Head Start standards.
