Job summary

Carolina QuickCare is seeking a part-time Medical Assistant/Front Office Assistant for our Wallacelocation. You will engage directly with patients and support care delivery through clinical and administrative tasks in a fast-paced clinic setting.

This role offers flexible scheduling, opportunities to cross-train, and a supportive team environment. Certification is preferred but not required, with at least six months of MA experience favored.

Qualifications

• Certification in Medical Assisting is desired but not required.
• Minimum of six months’ experience as a Medical Assistant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with patients to ensure an exceptional patient experience.
• Perform a wide variety of clinical and administrative tasks to support patient care delivery.
• Cross-train in other clinic areas and work under supervision of the Provider.
• Support scheduling, front desk duties, and basic medical office operations.
