Job summary

Carolina QuickCare is hiring a MEDICAL ASSISTANT (FULL TIME) for our West Jefferson location in Conover, NC. As a Medical Assistant you will engage directly with patients and support care delivery in a fast-paced clinic.

Qualifications

• Certification in Medical Assisting is desired, but not required.
• Minimum of six months’ experience working as a Medical Assistant is preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent patient service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with patients to provide an excellent patient experience.
• Perform a wide variety of clinical and administrative tasks to support patient care delivery.
• Cross-train in other areas of the clinic as needed.
• Work under the supervision of the Provider (Physician/Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant).
