Job summary

HCRC consulting in Morgantown, WV is seeking an experienced Medical Assistant for a part-time role in a concierge primary care, wellness, and aesthetic practice. You will support clinicians with exams, manage vitals, phlebotomy, injections, and EMR documentation, while delivering personalized patient care.

Qualified candidates have 2+ years in clinical/medical offices, a strong preference for primary care, CPR certification, and possibly phlebotomy experience.

Qualifications

• Primary care experience strongly preferred.
• 2+ years of clinical/medical office experience preferred; aesthetics/wellness/concierge medicine or dermatology is a plus.
• Medical Assistant program graduate preferred.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Phlebotomy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Room patients, take vitals, and prepare charts.
• Assist providers with exams and procedures.
• Perform phlebotomy and specimen processing.
• Assist with vaccinations, wellness injections, IV preparation, and other services within scope.
• Coordinate labs, records, and patient follow-up.
• Prepare, clean, and stock treatment rooms.
• Assist with scheduling and patient check-in/check-out when needed.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation.
• Educate patients on available services.
• Deliver an exceptional, personalized patient experience.
