HEALTHCARE RECRUITMENT COUNSELORS is seeking an experienced Medical Assistant for a part-time role in McMurray, PA. The position focuses on a concierge primary care, wellness, and aesthetic practice, offering rooming, vitals, exam support, and EMR documentation.

Ideal candidates have primary care experience, 2+ years in medical offices, CPR certification, and phlebotomy experience. Cosmetic/wellness exposure is a plus, with some Saturday availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Primary care experience strongly preferred.
• 2+ years of clinical/medical office experience preferred; aesthetics/wellness/dermatology is a plus.
• Medical Assistant program graduate preferred.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Phlebotomy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Room patients, take vitals, and prepare charts.
• Assist providers with exams and procedures.
• Perform phlebotomy and specimen processing.
• Assist with vaccinations, wellness injections, IV prep, and related services.
• Coordinate labs, records, and patient follow-up.
• Prepare, clean, and stock treatment rooms.
• Assist with scheduling and patient check-in/check-out.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation.
• Educate patients on available services.
• Deliver an exceptional, personalized patient experience.

$20–$27/Hour | Part-Time | Primary Care & Wellness

We are seeking an experienced Medical Assistant to join our concierge primary care, wellness, and aesthetic practice in McMurray, PA.

This is a great opportunity for a personable, dependable MA who enjoys getting to know patients and wants to work in a practice that combines primary care, wellness, weight management, and aesthetic medicine. Primary care experience is strongly preferred.

What You'll Do

• Room patients, take vitals, and prepare charts
• Assist providers with exams and procedures
• Perform phlebotomy and specimen processing
• Assist with vaccinations, wellness injections, IV preparation, and other services within scope
• Coordinate labs, records, and patient follow-up
• Prepare, clean, and stock treatment rooms
• Assist with scheduling and patient check-in/check-out when needed
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation
• Educate patients on available services
• Deliver an exceptional, personalized patient experience
