Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Graduate of a Medical Assistant program with formal clinical externship (160 hours min) OR 1 year of clinical medical assisting experience in the past 5 years.
• Current Medical Assistant certification or LPN/EMT license with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and escort patients to exam rooms in a welcoming manner.
• Obtain and document patient medical histories accurately.
• Measure and record vital signs and prepare patients for examinations.
• Assist providers during examinations and procedures.
• Perform administrative tasks to support the clinical team.
