Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for examinations and treatment.
• Obtain and accurately document manual vital signs.
• Administer injections as ordered by the provider.
• Collect laboratory specimens and urine drug screens (UDS).
• Complete TMS treatments after certification and training.
• Assist with and monitor Spravato treatments per policy.
• Observe patients during in-office treatments and report concerns.
• Review provider documentation to answer patient questions.
• Prepare rooms before and after patient visits.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards.
• Monitor patients and report concerns to providers promptly.
• Provide compassionate, professional care to patients.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality.
• Schedule new and established patient appointments.
• Print daily provider schedules and required paperwork.
• Process faxes and handle documentation requests.
• Scan and upload documents into the EMR.
• Collaborate with providers, therapists, and front office staff.
