Qualifications

• WA state MA certification required; interim credential accepted with 12-month timeline.
• 1 year of medical office experience preferred.
• BLS/CPR required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for exams and record vitals.
• Prepare exam rooms, set up supplies for procedures.
• Administer injections, dressings, and basic wound care under supervision.
• Maintain supplies and sterilize equipment for treatments.
• Assist in scheduling tests and follow-up appointments.
• Maintain patient records and data entry in EMR.
• Provide phone triage to clinical staff as needed.
• Collaborate with departments to keep clinic operations smooth.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
