• Training in Word programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent the school district in a positive manner with the public and employees.
• Be competent in filing and retrieval methods.
• Maintain an atmosphere of accuracy and confidentiality.
• Maintain an office area conducive to district goals.
• Meet deadlines with time constraints.
• Establish and maintain procedures for Medicaid claim processing including related reports.
• Review, certify, and submit Medicaid financial reports and support audit documentation.
• Provide training and guidance on Medicaid documentation and reporting for related services.
• Protect privacy of students and personal records.
• Use Synergy student information system data for QA on IEP and Medicaid reporting.
• Know NOVA reporting for caseload and Medicaid reporting.
• Manage MaxCapture for accurate reporting of ancillary services and Medicaid billing.
• Develop quality systems with the Director of Special Education.
• Work with minimal supervision.
