Responsibilities

• Administer or assist with medications and self-administration as prescribed; observe and report responses to supervisor.
• Keep the medication supply area organized and assist with medication cart audits; support accurate counts.
• Coordinate with pharmacies to ensure timely medication delivery and proper documentation.
