Qualifications

• Certified Medication Aide/Tech certification as required by Florida state regulations.
• Completion of state-approved training/certification for medication administration.
• Ability to collaborate with nursing staff and provide compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Administer or assist with medications as prescribed and observe responses.
• Assist with medication cart management and maintain accurate counts.
• Support residents' daily living activities and coordinate care with the care team.
