Job summary

Sunrise Nursing & Memory Care in Raymore, MO is seeking a compassionate Part-Time CNA to join our family-like team. This role requires MO CNA license, BLS/CPR, and a willingness to train for CMT responsibilities.

You will administer medications, assist residents with daily living, document care, and collaborate with nurses to ensure high-quality, safe care. Shifts run 7AM–7PM, part-time 12-hour blocks, with daily pay options and opportunities for raises and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Missouri CNA license required.
• CMT Missouri preferred or willingness to train.
• BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
• 2 years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.
• Compassion, reliability, and great communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer daily medications per physician orders and MAR.
• Accurately document medication administration and resident response.
• Observe residents and report changes to nursing staff or physician.
• Assist residents with daily living activities: hygiene, feeding, ambulation, and comfort care.
• Support meal service, snacks, and hydration per policy.
• Check residents regularly and promptly respond to call lights.
• Prepare and restock medication supplies and maintain proper documentation.
• Collaborate with med techs, aides, and nursing staff for quality care continuity.
• Assist nurses during examinations and treatments.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in resident areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Charge Nurse or Director of Nursing.
