Job summary

Active CMT and CNA certifications are required; experience with Point Click Care is preferred. Shifts include mornings, evenings, and weekend days, with flexible hours to pick up additional hours.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications and maintain related records under nurse supervision.
• Takes vital signs, observes for medication responses, and report unexpected reactions.
• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Answers call lights and respond appropriately.
• Complete documentation accurately and on time.
• Reviews care plans and provide care as outlined.
• Perform CNA duties when not actively administering medications or as directed.
