Qualifications

• Active 40-hour Medication Aide certification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Safely administer medications according to physician's orders.
• Accurately document medication administration and maintain records.
• Observe residents for changes and report to nursing staff.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Build meaningful connections with residents and families.
• Contribute to a positive community environment.
