Job summary

Ozaukee County is seeking a Part Time Meal Program Driver to operate the program vehicle, pick up food from the caterer, and deliver meals to seven meal sites across Ozaukee County and to rural residents in Saukville, Fredonia, and Belgium.

This non-exempt position requires a High School Diploma and a valid Wisconsin driver’s license with a clean driving record. The role also involves vehicle maintenance checks and coordination with the Aging Services Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Ability to work well with others and deliver safe service.

Responsibilities

• Drive safely in all weather to program caterer located in Milwaukee County.
• Load and deliver to seven meal sites within Ozaukee County; handle equipment.
• Deliver meals to rural customers following route sheets.
• Perform wellness checks and report concerns to supervisor.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance and refuel as needed.
• Provide safe, efficient meal delivery and customer service.
