Job summary

Access Community Health Network is seeking a Part Time Program Coordinator for Maternal Child Health Male Involvement. You will coordinate Westside Healthy Start male involvement activities, handle data collection, reporting, and provide education and referrals to expectant fathers and new parents.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a health-related field, 2+ years in community/public health, data management skills, and proficiency with MS Office and REDCap/EMR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in community health or public health settings.
• Strong data collection, reporting, and program coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates development, design, and day-to-day operations of male involvement programming.
• Engages fathers in case management across Westside sites and develops service plans.
• Collects data and supports reporting tools for internal and external submissions.
• Implements male involvement group education sessions per grant requirements.
• Provides follow-up and ongoing engagement to sustain participation.
• Builds external partnerships for referrals and community resources.
• Develops engagement activities that promote father involvement.
• Prepares monthly reports summarizing activities, participation, and outcomes.
• Collaborates with Community Health Specialists to ensure program success.
• Other duties as assigned.
