Job summary

Think Zone Learning Center in Fremont, CA is seeking a Math Tutor for high school and college students. This part-time role (6–12 hours/week) runs with an after-school schedule at our Fremont location. Pay ranges from $18.50 to $20.00 per hour, with opportunities for additional hours.

You will help elementary and middle school students build confidence in math while gaining leadership, communication, and teaching experience in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Solid grasp of middle/high school math concepts.
• Ability to explain math ideas clearly and patiently.
• Strong reliability and punctuality for after-school schedule.

A Schedule That Fits Around School

This role is designed to work around your school schedule.

Typical shifts include:

• Tuesday & Thursday: 3:30 PM – 7:30 PM
• Wednesday & Friday: 3:30 PM – 6:30 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM or 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

We're looking for tutors who can work 2–4 shifts per week, with Saturday availability strongly preferred.

It's a great opportunity to earn money while balancing classes, sports, clubs, and other extracurricular activities.
