Job summary

Think Zone Learning Center in Fremont, CA is seeking a Math Tutor for an after-school role. This part-time position offers 6–12 hours weekly with a schedule that fits around school and program dates (June 2, 2026 – December 31, 2026). You will tutor K–8 students, explain math concepts, and help build confidence in math.

Pay ranges from $18.50 to $20.00 per hour. No lesson planning required; we provide curriculum, materials, and training.

Qualifications

• Friendly, dependable people who enjoy working with kids
• Strong foundation in math
• Currently in high school (16+) or college, or hold a high school diploma
• Teaching or tutoring experience is a plus, but not required.

A Schedule That Fits Around School

This role is designed to work around your school schedule.

Typical shifts include:

• Tuesday & Thursday: 3:30 PM – 7:30 PM
• Wednesday & Friday: 3:30 PM – 6:30 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM or 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM

We're looking for tutors who can work 2–4 shifts per week, with Saturday availability strongly preferred.

It's a great opportunity to earn money while balancing classes, sports, clubs, and other extracurricular activities.
