Qualifications

• Ability to demonstrate math through Algebra 1 and above.
• Engaging and inspiring students to learn math.
• Willing to complete ~20 hours of training within 1 month.

• Availability for 6–10 hours across two shifts plus a weekend shift.

Responsibilities

• Use the Mathnasium Method and teaching constructs.
• Maintain good availability to work at Mathnasium and provide accurate availability.
• Continuously strive to become a great instructor.
• Attend staff meetings roughly every 4–6 weeks outside normal instructional hours.
• Teach in a way that makes sense to each student.
• Provide constructive feedback and encourage students.
• Assist with center administration and daily cleaning when needed.
