Job summary

Huntington Learning Center in Yorktown Heights, NY seeks Math Instructors to tutor middle and high school students one-on-one. Flexible, part-time hours and a competitive hourly rate of 18–22 USD per hour, based on experience, are offered. A 4-year degree is required and reliable transportation to the center is essential.

Are you passionate about math and enjoy helping students build confidence and succeed? Huntington Learning Center of Yorktown is looking for enthusiastic Math Instructors to work with middle and high school students in a supportive, one-to-one learning environment!

We work with students across all subject areas, with opportunities to teach some or all of the following math subjects:

Math: Pre-Algebra, Algebra, Geometry, Algebra 2/Trigonometry, Pre-Calculus, and Calculus

Whether you're a current teacher, recent graduate, retired educator, or an experienced tutor, we'd love to hear from you!

As a Huntington Instructor, you’ll:

Center Hours During the School Year:

• Monday-Thursday: 2:00-8:30 PM.
• Friday: 2:00-8:00 PM.
• Saturday-Sunday: 9:00 AM-5:00 PM.

Minimum: 10 hours/week
Maximum: 30 hours/week
