Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics with substantial physics coursework.
- Bachelor's degree in physics with substantial mathematics coursework.
- Strong algebra, trigonometry, calculus, and differential equations skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and ability to interact with students.
Responsibilities
- Tutor students in Math, Physics, and Statistics in-person and online.
- Supervise student tutors when coordinators are not on duty.
- Assist coordinators in creating materials for webpages or workshops.
- Assist students with questions about Center services.
- Administer Math 081 computation skills tests as needed.
- Track appointments and manage software related to tutoring.
