Job summary

Capella University is seeking adjunct and part-time faculty to teach across FlexPath and GuidedPath formats. The role focuses on delivering pre-designed curricula and providing timely feedback to support student success.

Faculty will engage in rolling enrollment assignments, maintain high standards, and participate in required meetings and training. The position emphasizes flexible scheduling and campus or corporate-site work as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality instruction from a pre-designed curriculum.
• Be available within 48 hours by phone, email, and in the courseroom to support learners.
• Utilize the online learning platform to enrich the learning experience.
• Establish high standards and ensure learners understand how they will be evaluated.
• Attend faculty meetings and workshops as required.
• Participate in other activities based on university needs.
