Job summary

Kwik Trip, Inc. is hiring for a Distribution Center role in DeForest, WI. The position involves accurately pulling orders in freezer or dry zones and may include unloading trailers.

You will operate equipment such as a Power Pallet Jack or Reach Lift and work in a fast-paced environment. This year-round part-time opportunity offers weekend shifts with a minimum of 10 hours per week and a base pay range of $22.09 to $28.80 per hour, plus 401(k), health insurance, paid time off, and profit-sharing

Full Pay Range: $22.09 to $28.80
Shift: Morning/Afternoons

Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker’s gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.

Join our Distribution Center crew! You may be responsible for accurately pulling orders in our freezer zone or dry zone, or unloading trailers. The position involves operating equipment such as a Power Pallet Jack or Reach Lift.

Work Schedule: This is a year-round (not seasonal) part-time opportunity with a minimum of 10 hours per week. One full weekend shift starting at 7:00am on Saturday or Sunday will be required. Also, Thursday morning help is preferred.

Physical qualifications: lift/carry repeatedly up to 60 pounds to 60 inches, 40 pounds to 72 inches, and 20 pounds to 82"; push/pull 60 pounds of force; bend, twist, reach, stoop frequently; work in -20 – 90+ degree F temperatures.
