Job summary

Skin Sense, a premier day spa in Raleigh, NC, seeks a part-time in-house Massage Therapy Trainer to mentor our team and expand our Skin Sense protocols. You will train therapists while actively practicing a minimum of three shifts per week in the spa to stay connected with current techniques.

Applicants must hold a NC massage license with 5+ years of experience and have prior experience teaching massage protocols.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited massage therapy program.
• North Carolina Massage License with at least 5 years of experience.
• Experience teaching massage therapy protocols; strong verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Implement teaching strategies for all skill levels.
• Instruct advanced massage modalities and Skin Sense protocols.
• Assess and evaluate new massage therapists and potential hires.
• Schedule and conduct protocol trainings, culminating in a final test.
• Collaborate with spa management to develop and revise protocols.
• Maintain professional and ethical standards.
