Job summary

Sauna House Raleigh is seeking a Massage Therapist who blends technical touch with a holistic recovery philosophy. As part of our Enlightened Hospitality approach, you will guide guests through a restorative experience, tailoring sessions to their sauna/plunge journey and emotional state.

You will collaborate with Guest Service Coordinators to ensure seamless transitions and provide post-treatment guidance to extend benefits beyond the table, while upholding cleanliness and a serene client

Qualifications

• 1 year of massage experience.
• Active State License in Massage Therapy.
• Proficiency in Deep Tissue, Swedish, Sports, etc., with interest in thermal therapy.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills; ability to explain the "Why" behind techniques.
• Ability to work peak hours (evenings and weekends) when guests seek recovery.

Responsibilities

• Provide customized massages based on intake and guest goals.
• Coordinate with Guest Service Coordinators for smooth transitions from bathhouse to massage room.
• Explain how massage complements hot and cold therapy and supports recovery.
• Maintain a clean, calming treatment space with consistent lighting, scent, sound.
• Deliver high-quality massage therapy aligned with state regulations and Sauna House standards.
• Offer post-session guidance on hydration and recovery.
