Village Cooperative is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist at our corporate HQ in Eagan, MN. This part-time role will own execution of campaigns, assets, and workflows, coordinating with sales, vendors, designers, and internal teams to move projects from idea to completion.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in marketing operations or related roles, strong organization, and experience with CRM, email marketing, and CMS tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, marketing operations, project coordination, digital marketing, or related role.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, vendors and stakeholders.
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with CRM, email marketing, CMS, spreadsheets, or file-management systems.

Responsibilities

• Own prioritized day-to-day marketing execution, ensuring campaigns and assets move from strategy to deployment.
• Maintain quality and consistency across customer-facing marketing, ensuring accuracy and timely deployment.
• Support marketing technology and automation work including CRM, email, web, and CMS platforms.
• Improve and maintain scalable marketing workflows to increase visibility and accountability.
• Coordinate work across internal and external partners to keep projects on track.
• Organize and deploy marketing assets so priority materials are easy to access and used.
