Responsibilities

• Assist with Marketing Communications, including weekly newsletters, carrier spotlights, email campaigns, and producer materials.
• Build, organize, clean, and segment producer and prospect lists for marketing, recruiting, and sales.
• Execute social media activity and assist with website updates, landing pages, and digital marketing needs.
• Support conferences, webinars, meetings, and events with communications, attendee lists, materials, and signage.
• Provide day-to-day support for marketing priorities and Apex initiatives, coordinating projects and maintaining calendars.
