Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing activities such as site signage, photographer scheduling and invoice routing.
• Organize and manage marketing assets including photos, videos, and social media content.
• Support internal communications and publish company newsletters.
• Assist with minor website and portfolio updates and content maintenance.
• Support event planning, email campaigns in Pardot, and calendar coordination.
